The rich get more powerful, the poor have a whole lot less of nothing, and the middle class becomes more and more irrelevant. What we are is need of is a care movement. The rest of us who don’t seem to matter to the “powers that be,” the little feller in politics as Senator Paul Wellstone once talked about, we need to start caring about ourselves and our neighbors next door. We need to start caring about our Congress, and how our congressmen are becoming more and more detached to the the rest of us, we the people, us little fellers out there. If we do not begin to care about what’s going on, the rich will continue to get more and more powerful, and you and I, we will have less and less say in our own lives.
